Day 2

Hey Vipers Fans, it’s Mike, John, and Aaron checking in on day two of our trip. Today started off with our team breakfast at the hotel at 9:30. After breakfast, we headed over to the rink for our pre-game skate. After a thirty minute skate we headed back to the hotel for some down time. Our line headed to the conference room to hit the books hard and stay on top of our work while away from the classroom. We had a 2 o’clock lunch at Kane’s restaurant. After a good pasta meal we headed back to the hotel where a bunch of us grabbed a nap and got ready for the game. The team headed over to the rink at 5 o’clock to prepare for the game. The game didn’t go as planned. After we got down two goals early, we worked our way back into the game and tied the game up in the third period. Unfortunately, shortly after we tied up we gave up two goals and that proved to be the too much of a gap for us to catch up. It was a tough loss for the team but we tried to learn from it and move on as we have three more big games this weekend. Tomorrow we’ll be traveling back into Vancouver where we’ll catch back up with you guys! For now, farewell from the Baby Blue Line.
